Where is your jewelry produced?

Our jewelry is crafted in Los Angeles, with a selection of our chains being imported from Italy for their fine quality.

What types of metals do you use in your pieces?

Primarily, we use .925 sterling silver. Occasionally, we also feature pieces in 14k gold.

Can I request a custom size if it's not listed as an option?

We are more than willing to accommodate custom size requests for specific pieces, although some items do not have this option. Please contact us at hello@ladythunder.store and we will be happy to assist you.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To help you maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, we provide specific care instructions for each item. Kindly refer to our care guide for more details.

How do I find my size?

See our size guide! We have instructions on finding the perfect fit for rings, bracelets, and necklaces.

Do you accept custom orders?

Currently, we only accommodate custom sizing requests for the jewelry featured on our website. In the future we may offer custom jewelry design services.

Repairs

Does the jewelry come with a warranty?

We do not offer a warranty at this time. However, if there are any manufacturing issues with the jewelry, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to repair it.

Do you offer repair services?

Yes, we offer repairs for polishing, soldering, chain repair, clasp repair, prong tightening, and earring post repair. For more details or to start a repair request, please see our repair page.

What’s the cost for repairs?

We offer repairs starting at $65. Additional charges may apply for materials and labor. Customers must cover the shipping costs to send the item to us.

How can I start a repair request?

Please email hello@ladythunder.store with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage

What is the typical turnaround time for repairs?

Our repair turnaround can take up to 15 business days from when it arrives at our studio to when it's shipped out.

How can I track the status of my repair?

We will send updates when we receive the piece and when it's shipped out. Additionally, you can always reach us at hello@ladythunder.store for updates.

Returns

What is your refund policy?

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your jewelry bought from ladythunder.store within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must meet the following criteria:

  1. Return Timeline: Returns must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving the return label.
  2. Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.
  3. Packaging: Include the original packaging and any tags (if applicable).

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify they meet our return criteria, we will issue store credit in the form of a gift card to our online store. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

How can I start a return?

To start a return, please email hello@ladythunder.store and include:

  • Your order number
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number

How long does it take to process my return?

After we receive the returned jewelry, please allow up to 5 business days for us to perform a quality check and issue your store credit.

Can I return jewelry given to me as a gift?

Yes, gift recipients can return jewelry, provided that it adheres to our refund policy and a purchase receipt is available.

Shipping

What's the cost for shipping my order?

We provide complimentary economy shipping for all domestic orders totaling $100+. For orders below that threshold, we offer economy shipping at $7. Additionally, we have expedited 2-day shipping at $25 and overnight shipping at $40.

Which shipping carriers do you partner with?

We partner with USPS and UPS.

What's included with my shipped jewelry?

Your shipped jewelry comes in a branded box, perfect for gifting. It also includes a jewelry care guide and polishing cloth.

Can you ship jewelry internationally?

At present, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are considering expanding our services to include worldwide shipping in the future.

Do you offer the option of split shipments?

We do not offer split shipments. All made to order and ready to ship jewelry will ship together in one order.

How can I keep track of my shipment?

A tracking number will be provided to your email once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your shipment using this number on the shipping carrier's website.

My package might be lost. What's the next step?

If you believe your package is lost, please reach out to the carrier first to see if they can help locate it. If it turns out to be lost, reach out to us at hello@ladythunder.store.

Discounts

Can I combine multiple discounts?

Please note that only one discount can be applied per order. This ensures we can continue providing high-quality items at reasonable prices.

What should I do if my discount code doesn't work?
