Returns

To start a return, email hello@ladythunder.store and include:

• Your order number
• Shipping address
• Phone number

Please note that returns must be made within 14 days of the item's arrival. Refunds will be issued as an e-gift card for store credit only — we do not offer monetary refunds.

Repairs

If your jewelry needs repair, we are here to assist you.

Please email hello@ladythunder.store with the following details:

• Your order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Photos of the damage

Once we receive your email, our team will assess the damage and provide you with an estimated cost. Please note that, repairs start at $65 and can go up in price depending on the work needed.

If you agree to the repair, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item to us. Please ensure the jewelry is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.

Our repair turnaround can take up to 15 business days from when it arrives at our studio to when it's shipped out.
