Refund Policy

We want you to love your Lady Thunder jewelry. Most jewelry is handcrafted to order, so please consider this when finalizing your order.

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your jewelry bought from ladythunder.store within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must meet the following criteria:

1. Return Timeline: Returns must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving the return label.
2. Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.
3. Packaging: Include the original packaging and any tags (if applicable).

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify they meet our return criteria, we will issue store credit in the form of a gift card to our online store. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notes

• Condition Requirements: Items that are worn, scratched, or damaged will not be accepted. Lady Thunder may refuse and return items that do not meet this criteria.
• Exchanges: No exchanges available. Refunds are provided as store credit via email gift card.
• Final Sale Items: Sale, sample sale, custom, engraved, and discounted items are final sale.
• Retailer Purchases: Items bought through retailers cannot be returned to us. Contact the retailer for their return policy.
